Apostille, Legalisation & Translations
We prepare documents for use abroad: notarised translations, apostille from the Latvian Ministry of Justice, consular legalisation.
Documents issued in Latvia are often needed abroad — and vice versa. Depending on the destination country, an apostille, consular legalisation or simply a notarised translation may be required. We identify the right path and accompany the entire process.
An apostille is obtained for countries that have acceded to the Hague Convention. For all other countries, consular legalisation applies. In both cases a notarised translation may first be required. We handle all of these formats.
How we work

We determine what type of certification is needed: apostille, legalisation or translation
Notarised translation
We translate the document and have it notarised for official use
Apostille or legalisation
We obtain the apostille from the Ministry of Justice or carry out full consular legalisation
Package delivery
We hand over the complete document set, ready for use abroad or in Latvia
